So my same amazing neighbor came to me the other day. Her boss was having a dog shower since she didn't have kids and she wanted me to make her some doggy booties. While looking around at ideas I found a collar that I thought was fun. I think boots can be too messy if they go outside in them so I asked if a collar would be okay. Anyway, she loved the idea and this is what I came up with. It has 'spikes' and a skull in the center. I hope her boss likes it! This can also be made as a choker for people if you would like.
